Information we collect
When you create an account or place an order, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order details and messages sent to our support team. We also receive basic technical information required to keep the storefront working.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate your account, process and confirm orders, arrange delivery, respond to support requests, prevent misuse and improve our catalogue and customer experience. We do not sell customer personal information.
Service providers
Apni Dukaan uses Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore to provide account, catalogue and order functionality. Payment, courier, hosting or communication providers may receive only the information required to complete the service you request.
Retention and your choices
We retain order and support records for business, legal and dispute-resolution needs. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information where applicable. Some information may need to be retained when required for an order, legal obligation or security investigation.
